Customer's Reviews

We spent two enjoyable weeks at this villa in August of this year. It is a very pleasant villa, private and very scenic. My husband spent lots of time sketching and painting the scenery. We loved the infinity pool. Very cooling as August is the hottest part of the year. It is only five minutes in the car to Corral Bay. Also plenty of good restaurants in the area. Lots of things to do across all the age groups. Many thanks to Andros and his family for the nice welcome they gave to us.

Absolutely loved Villa Valley View. We would recommend it to anyone. It is so quiet, private and has outstanding views and facilities. We had a wonderful and relaxing time there and would definitely consider returning in the future.

I can honestly say we had a fabulous holiday at Villa Valley view. The Villa made our holiday very special and relaxing . We chose your villa by your description as we were looking for something a little special to celebrate my wife's birthday but our ideas on what to expect were surpassed, this villa is fantastic!. We particularly enjoyed its location being so private and quiet with tremendous views over the Valley to the mountains and sea. We would recommend this villa to anyone, they would not be disappointed. Thank you for being so helpful and attentive at all times during our stay. Hope to be back at your Villa next year.

The villa at Lithos village is without doubt the best accommodation we have had for our annual family holiday. All rooms are very well appointed and the infinity pool and hot tub are second to none. In addition, the Christoforou family looked after all our needs. The entire complex is very well maintained in a secure location. The family owned and operated complex is a pleasant change from the “big company” alternative and I would highly recommend Lithos Village to anyone.

We spent 3 days and 3 nights in The Valley View Villa in Spring this year and it was the best time of our holidays in Cyprus. As we didn't have any GPS in the rented car, we had a little trouble finding the villa so the owner very kindly sent us one of his employee to show us the way from where we were (3 minutes away in fact). The villa itself is gorgeous and has a incredible view over the valley. It is exacltly as the photos on the website and is located in a very cute little street/village on the top of the valley. The location is also perfect since you are less than an hour away by car from the 2 best sites of the island (Akamas peninsula and Paphos forest) which are just incredibly wild and gorgeous with crystal blue water, sandy beaches with no one else around, lakes, forrest, mountains...We will definitely come back in this region but this time we will spend a whole week in Lithos Villas which are clearly the best place you can get over there and especially at this price. At first my wife and I thought may be there was going to be a bad surprise once in the villa (because of the low prices) but everything was just perfect! Great view, jaccuzi, BBQ, lovely pool, very nice rooms, very clean garden and house, great location, this place has got it all. Thank you again Andros for your warm welcome and see you soon!

Excellent villa. Stunning views, peaceful and serene. Short walk to busy coral bay restaurants, bars and merchandise sellers. The villa was beautifully designed and maintained to a high level. The infinity pool was worth the trip alone, offering views across the valley to the mountains and Mediterranean sea. Gracious owners and a well provisioned fridge upon arrival, complete with bottles of Cypriot Rose. Well done Lithos and thank you.

My husband, and I and our adult daughter travelled to Peyia in May. We were delighted with Villa Valley View. Everything, from our initial enquiry onwards, was handled promptly and efficiently. The charming owner, Andreas met us on our arrival at the villa to show us how things worked and explain everything fully. He had also provided a welcome pack of essential groceries and a very welcome bottle of wine! Andreas had recommended an excellent taxi service for our airport transfers as we decided not to hire a car for this visit. The taxi driver was courteous, helpful and on time! We have visited this area several times and only wanted to chill out by the pool and not venture too far afield so we didn't find the lack of transport a problem. It was an easy 25 minute walk to Phillipos Supermarket in Coral Bay and they do a free delivery service back to the villa for the shopping and two passengers! Walking to restaurants and bars in Coral Bay took about the same time and a taxi back at the end of the evening was an easy option for 10 Euros. We had no probems at all with the villa, it is well equiped and very comfortable. The pool area is stunning and very private, in fact, the whole villa enjoys a good level of privacy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub during the evenings and were reluctant to leave it behind! Views of the valley from the outside verandah area offered some amazing sights as colourful birds performed their regular acrobatic displays and goat keepers steered their wayward herds up and down the hillside! The valley also provided a backdrop for the most spellbinding electrical storm we have ever witnessed! Apart from several unexpected days of bad weather, we could not fault our holiday at Lithos Holiday Villas and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family - in fact, we already have!

My daughter and I had a fabulous week at Villa. Andros had arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and had also done our shopping for us. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was friendly and professional. During the week we easily got a taxi to do some more food shopping at the nearby supermarket. We stayed in villa Valley View, it was clean, spacious with a fabulous pool with views I'm still dreaming and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed in at Villa Valley View in Coral Bay Cyprus at the beginning of June 2013. We arrived fairly late in the evening and rented a car from the airport (Elephant cars - very good & reasonable) and drove to the Villa. It was a little difficult to find in the dark but we got there after one wrong turn (make sure you get directions before you go)! When we got there, it looked just like the photos on the website. Andros - owner of Lithos Villas - had left us a food welcome pack which had everything we needed for a great breakfast the next morning plus other essentials. As we arrived late Andros came around the next day to introduce himself bringing along a very nice bottle of red! We felt very well looked after and he gave lots of helpful advice for restaurants, places to see etc. The villa was extremely relaxing, and being higher up over looking Coral Bay, there is a breeze that makes the 35 degree heat much more bearable! The pool was amazing, the hot tub was great and we loved the barbecue! Amenities are near by with the supermarket being a 5 min drive away which has everything you need (similar prices to UK), We found Coral Bay a bit commercial therefore went out for a meal in Kathikas (20 mins away) - a small village in the mountains with great views - at a place called Imogens. It was excellent - family run and authentic - though must warn you the meze was massive! We found a great beach which was about 35mins away and very quiet but lovely - Latchi - pebbley but much preferred to Coral Bay main beach which was extremely busy. If you like diving then you have to do the Zenobia dive which was amazing. I went with Coral Bay divers who were extremely accommodating and felt very safe. Zenobia is in Larnaca so does take most of the day. I would certainly recommend this villa, and after meeting Andros, I have no doubt his other villas are of a similar high standard. My wife and friends all really enjoyed themselves. We will certainly be going back if we can get a reservation!

We stayed in Villa Valley View for a week in August 2013 as our family holiday. With accommodation and service like this, we really didn't miss having a tour operator at all! The villa and its pool are very private and not overlooked at all despite being part of a development of a number of villas in a small cul de sac. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped for our stay and the pool is excellent with a very shallow "beach" gradually increasing to 2m depth - great for small children and adults alike. There is a hot tub, a barbeque and even a steam room! And we found the Wi-fi access very useful. The views from the villa and well maintained garden are stunning and the peaceful tinkle of the goats' bells across the valley in the afternoon just emphasised the surrounding tranquillity. The owner was very friendly and professional, providing us with a great food "welcome pack" and visiting us on the first day to make sure that we had settled in and there were no problems. He also arranged our car hire at a very reasonable rate - which included escorting us from the airport to the villa when we arrived - and gave us a number we could reach him on in case of any problems or emergencies. As our flight home was later in the day, he arranged for us to use another villa in the development for a few hours on our last day when we had vacated "Valley View", so that we could make the most of the very end of our holiday too. The villa is a short drive away from Coral Bay with its sandy beach and bustling restaurants and shops, and Pegia village/small town where we discovered a couple of very good restaurants. There is also a good supermarket nearby. We have visited the area several times previously and we always find we discover new historic sites and museums each time, as well as chancing upon small pretty villages and other places of interest. As a result, we feel that we glimpse a little of the "real" Cyprus each time - at the same time as relaxing in the sun and taking advantage of the friendly holiday environment that keeps welcoming us back.

We have just returned from a fantastic break in Cyprus, staying at the Lithos Holiday Villas. Our Villa, Valley View, was superb! It had a sauna, jacuzzi bath, hot tub and infiniti pool with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and a sea view. The goats and their little bells could be heard tinkling away across the valley each morning and evening. Despite having a number of villas surrounding it, the villa felt incredibly private and quiet. It was a very enjoyable and refreshing break. A short drive into Coral Bay so a good location for sight seeing also - I would recommend having a car to really make the most of the trip. Andros, the owner, was so welcoming and friendly and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. He had also ensured that the Villa was stocked with goodies, including a bottle of wine, bread, cheese, ham, eggs and loads of fresh fruit. We have been to Cyprus a number of times and feel that we have now found a hidden gem in these villas - we will be back!

What a lovely retreat - away from the madding crowds yet close enough to local amenities. Better than it said on the tin, will be sure to visit again, Andros such a helpful and courteous host. With great views, a fantastic pool, not overlooked - a Villa better than any we have stayed in.

Collin M, UK, November 2013
Our Lithos Holiday Villa was absolutely immaculate - beautifully decorated, full of character, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and with a breathtaking view of the sea at the end of the outdoor infinity pool. Definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed, and -- with an infinity pool, spa, jacuzzi, sauna and more -- exceptional value for money. Andros, the owner, and his lovely wife, also went above and beyond in making us feel welcome - greeting us on arrival, leaving food in the fridge for us and treating us to a bottle of local wine. They also ensured we had everything we needed for our 15mth old son. A great family holiday and definitely a place we will recommend to all our friends.

It is difficult to find the right words to describe the fantastic feeling of coming home when we arrived at Villa Valley View for our second stay - even the rainy weather didn't dampen our enthusiasm! The villa is really well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - the new beds are great! As before, great attention had been paid to detail - a large basket of fruit on the table, tea and coffee, starter food in the fridge plus ice cubes in the freezer and a very welcome bottle of delicious local wine, all provided by our welcoming and friendly host, Andros. The booking process was fast and efficient and Andros always helpful and informative - nothing ever seems too much trouble, a BIG THANK YOU to him! We had a car for the first week this time so that we could easily visit further afield but the second week we were happy to walk 20 minutes downhill to the supermarket (who do free delivery of shopper and shopping afterwards) and into Coral Bay for an evening out with a 10 euro taxi back to the villa. There is also an excellent and cheap bus service into Paphos from Coral Bay. We cannot fault the location, facilities, service or value for money of these superb villas. Roll on next year!!
