Paphos Harbour

Paphos harbour was first built in the 13th century. Destroyed by the Turks & then rebuilt by the Ottomans.

Nowadays, Paphos harbor remains a historical place of interest, accommodating its quest with a multitude of tourist shops, selling handicrafts, jewelry and souvenirs shops. There are also roadside cafes, restaurants, traditional fish taverns. Also on the street visitors can meet up with Kokos, the resident pelican.

The harbor is still used by small fishing boats. There are also various boat trips out to Lara's beaches as well as to a nearby shipwreck in a glass-bottomed boat.
